With reference to the coverage of the press conference held on Friday the 29th April 2005 by the ex-president of the Mauritius Tamil Temple Federation, I would appreciate if you could publish this Mise au point. The facts reported that the Kovil Moorghen situated at Gladstone Street, Rose Hill will be put on Sale by Levy are not true and correct as the case for a statement of claims by the Bank of Baroda is still pending in front of the Supreme Court where I am the second defendant.
