CNT : «No lobby against Indian buses»

This is to refer to the article titled «Lobby à la CNT autour d?un contrat de Rs 75 millions» which appeared in your newspaper dated 21 October 2008.

I would like to draw your attention to set the record straight on the same page in tomorrow?s l?express.

I, Mr Ashwin Dookun, the current Chairperson, was appointed on 27th March 2008 and took office on 1st April 2008 and did not form part of the team of inspection of the TATA buses in India.

Also I would like to point that the question of lobby against Indian buses is an erroneous piece of news because around 86% of our fleet comprise Indian make including TATA and Ashok Leyland buses.

Il est vrai qu?Ashwin Dookun a été nommé à la tête du conseil d?administration de la CNT le 1er avril 2008 et ne faisait donc pas partie de la délégation qui s?est déplacée en Inde pour approuver l?achat des 80 autobus TATA. Mais pourquoi tient-il donc à souligner avec insistance qu?il n?était pas directement associé décision ?

L?express maintient, pour sa part, son information à l?effet que la direction et le conseil d?administration ne regardent pas dans la même direction en ce qu?il s?agit de l?achat d?autobus indiens.
