The Indian giant Infosys in Mauritius
The prime minister, Paul Bérenger, will officially open the recovery centre of Infosys Technologies Ltd (ITL) on 26th April. The company?s chief operating officer, Kris Gopalakrishnan, will be in Mauritius for the occasion. The centre at Hassamal building in Rose-Hill is a real assurance against catastrophe. If ever one of the company?s main subsidiaries were threatened or destroyed, the operations could be switched at once to the Mauritian centre. The operations sites are linked with a secured network guaranteeing the availability of saved data in real time.
