<B>Mistaken impression</B>
I refer to an article which appeared in your paper dated Monday 5th May 2008, entitled ?Rs 10 m réclamées au Chief Executive de la FSC?.
It is to be noted that the press article contains some inaccuracies. I would like to take this opportunity to correct the mistaken impression that may be portrayed in the article that I am seeking financial compensation as a result of my suspension from duty at the FSC. The fact of the matter is that, following a ?mise en demeure? served on the Financial Service Commission : the Chief Executive and his spouse on Friday 18th April due to harassment at work, I was suspended from duty on 25th April on the ground of allegations of ?conduite inacceptable...? by the FSC.
I am confident this will not prejudice any further reporting on the issue and wish to thank you for your kind understanding.
