Integrity is a commitment towards truth, in what one says, in what one does. Most importantly, if one is true to oneself, one cannot be false to anyone else. That helps in bringing peace of mind to one’s life, along with added benefits; simply by having an honest relationship with others, one experiences a superior quality of living.

In any given situation, one has several options, one can choose either to do the easiest thing or to do ‘what everybody does’ or to do the right thing. Integrity means just that - doing the right thing every time.

Integrity also means working towards making the world as good as one possibly can, by discovering one’s unique set of skills and abilities and using them to achieve optimum results for oneself and for those around.
