● <B> Does your agency work only with British universities?</B>

Our priority is education in the UK in universities, colleges of further education and a selected group of private colleges.

● <B>What services do you provide, especially for those who have just completed their HSC?</B>

Our facilities are available to every potential student. At the moment we are heavily involved with students who have just received their HSC/A level results. We establish what they have in mind and any restraints they have. This allows us to explore and advise on realistic options that meet individual needs. We can help and guide them with application procedures and ultimately and in particular help their parents understand all the issues including the cost implications so that as a family they can make a fully informed decision. We also ensure that the subject of study is relevant to the student?s career plan. We are currently helping students to prepare for any interviews they may have, e.g. medical school, University of Oxford/Cambridge. Overall our service spans from application to arrival in the United Kingdom.

● <B>How do you perceive the competition British universities face from Asia?</B>

Students need to be aware of everything available that may suit their needs. However, before committing they need to assure themselves that what they are buying into actually meets their needs, is of high quality and if cheaper is not in the long term false economy. We are all faced with choices everyday, we just need to make sure that we make the right ones.

● <B> Is there still a craze for British universities as used to be the case before? </B>

Yes the majority of young people supported by their families have a desire to continue their education in the UK. There has been a slight change in trends though; in the past, most young people wanted to head for London, whereas nowadays they are looking at opportunities throughout the country.

● <B>Is there a specific trend as far as subject areas are concerned?</B>

Until five years ago, the subject trend was rather predictable and was often influenced by teachers and parents. Nowadays we are seeing applications for a far wider variety of subjects. Many students now have a career plan.

● <B> Why must prospective students have the proper information before making their choice?</B>

Studying at higher level is one of the most important decisions a family has to make. If studies abroad are planned then if the student does not get it right from the beginning it can be a very expensive mistake. Students need to make sure they are aware of all the offers, associated costs and professional requirements of their chosen career.
