Appeal to the Prime Minister

?I am making an appeal personally to you to give the required importance to the rehabilitation of the leaching field of Residences Dagotiere. This dossier has been in "work in process" for years now and does not seem to be able to move away from this status.

Please recall that this Government decided to do a complete rehabilitation of the leaching field of Residences Dagotiere through the NHDC and it was even communicated to the residents 18 months ago. However, though it was metioned in last year's budget, it has not come into existence till now !!!

Le peuple admirable of Residences Dagotiere has been patient enough to wait for dozens of site visits, surveys, plans and what not and we (particularly our children) cannot continue to bear the sickening odours coming from this defecting leaching field.

Moreover, most main holes on the access roads are filled up with waste and this causes overflow in apartments and require immediate removal. I understand that appropriate funds were also made available in the budget for this particular item and urge you to take appropriate steps to remove the wastes regularly until the leaching field is reconstructed.?
