Petit état, grand embouteillage
Unfortunately we are not starting the new year on a good note. I spent 2.5 HOURS for 8 km to get to work today. Does anyone know who took the decision to CLOSE the 3rd lane today of all days?
To add insult to injury (just in case sitting through this avoidable monster traffic jam was not enough to sap your nerves), an army of ?motards? noisily and impolitely frayed their way through the middle in order to let the flashy ?berlines? go through!!!
Why couldn?t the third lane be reserved for the Sids people? At least we wouldn?t have been treated like animals by the ?motards? forcing us to veer our cars on the grass in the middle or on the inexistent layby on the left... in order to let our dear ministers through...
Apparently those who are not lapping up the purported benefits of the Sids conference are being called ?anti-patriotic? (I thought patriotism was also about the deep respect of the nation, the respect of citizens, but maybe I?m wrong). Anyway who?s the ?patriot? who will quantify the number of hours of work wasted and lost this morning? And the hours of productivity gone down the drain? And who?s the ?patriot ? who will quantify the amount of fumes emitted by the thousands of vehicles trapped in this morning?s traffic jam??? Can the damage to all these people?s lungs be quantified? And in the name of what??? Of the hundreds of millions of rupees missing from our Treasury?
What a polluting ?rentrée?!!
