What?s ON?
A week of celebrations and rest ? Happy New Year! The whole country will live to the rhythm of firecrackers and great meals tonight and over the whole week. Many companies have closed down until Monday 7th January and public beaches will most probably be flooded with people on holidays. Both working people and students will then go back to work next Monday?
Branson in Mauritius ? The big boss of the Virgin group is landing in Mauritius next Monday. Richard Branson was supposed to be here for the inauguration flight of the new comer Virgin Atlantic in the Mauritian sky but he had to cancel it at the last minute in October. This time is, however, the right one. A great launching ceremony has been planned at Ile-aux-Cerfs.
