It is a well known fact that obesity is becoming increasingly a major problem throughout the world. According to the world health organization, obesity is now considered to be the epidemic of the 21st century.
It brings many problems not only on a social basis but more and more health risks. There is no doubt that the excess weight we carry can make our daily life more difficult and less enjoyable. Two questions for you to ponder.
Does a simple physical activity like climbing a flight of stairs leaves you breathless? Do simple daily activities become more of a chore than an enjoyment?
If you are overweight, you are putting your heart under undue strain, so do think seriously about losing that excess weight. There is no miracle cure, so please do not let any charlatan makes you think otherwise
