Dr Lutchmee Prasad Ramyead OBE a true ?fils du sol?
A self-made man of immense willpower, he was a passionate linguist, an accomplished writer and speaker, an ardent social worker. His career in the service was long and fruitful. He served at the Public Service Commission for 10 years. Dr Ramyead?s books and articles are rich legacies in the domain of languages, history, cultural heritage andspirituality. He always helped generously and has inspired many. He was a true non-ethnocentric ?fils du sol?.
Lovingly remembered by his spouse Suraswatee, his children Jiwan, Mira, Rajen, his son-in-law Sadatmanund Narain, his grandchildren, his brothers Madun and Rishi and families.
May he rest in peace.
