Pamela?s going ahead with divorce

The former ?Baywatch? star - who filed for divorce on December 14 after just two months of marriage - claimed she and Rick were ?working things out,? but her lawyer filed a proof of service of summons in Los Angeles Superior Court on December 28, taking the proceedings to the next stage. LA family law attorney Lynn Soodik said, ?I would think this means the divorce is going ahead. But this filing is just a procedural thing.? The document shows Rick was served with divorce papers and has 30 days to file a response. Pammie, 40, recently said about her family?s New Year?s celebration, but did not mention Salomon. She said, ?My kids and I had a great time in Vegas! They loved the fireworks and hot chocolate at midnight. Mommy made it home by 1.30 am. Nice!?

Tom Kat face trouble conceiving again!

The couple - who have a 20-month-old biological daughter Suri along with Tom?s adopted children, Connor, 12, and 14-year-old Isabella, with his ex-wife Nicole Kidman - are trying for a baby with no success and now allegedly plan to seek medical advice. A source said, ?Katie is so upset. They both really want another child, but it just doesn?t seem to be happening. She says they have been trying since last summer. Tom and Katie have decided to go and see a specialist.? Tom, 45, is reportedly desperate for another son, so the couple are planning to visit a medical centre later this month for a consultation. Last year, 29-year-old Katie revealed she couldn?t wait to get pregnant again. The Batman Begins actress said, ?Yes I definitely want more children. We?re having the best time, it?s so amazing.?
