Réduit interchange for what purpose?

L?express (Tuesday 28 August) announces the intention of government to build up a new interchange at Réduit. From the illustration shown in the paper, the interchange does not help in solving the problems of hundreds of motorists travelling to Port-Louis from the ever growing residential areas of St-Pierre, Côte-D?or, Helvetia and Gentilly. For us motorists of these regions, getting access to the motorway is a real headache and we prefer in the morning to join the third lane at the motorway crossing at Montagne-Ory. Therefore, if there is a need of an interchange of the Pailles type, it should be at the Montagne-Ory motorway junction rather than at Réduit. This would also help Montagne-Ory inhabitants now having to travel all the way up to Réduit roundabout to join the motorway to Port-Louis at other times of the day.
