I checked the PBD site and could not find any mention that the group had any ulterior motive of uniting or bringing together the Hindus of the diaspora. India is a land with sizeable minorities, a fact reflected also in the composition of Indians in the diaspora? Among the luminaries addressing the convention are Thomas Abraham, Chairman, GOPIO Inc, USA? Clearly one cannot ?accuse? Thomas Abraham of promoting any religious-appartenance agenda. He is an Indian-American, representing the interest of GOPIO adherents in the USA.
