Miss France réclame 100 000 euros au magazine «Choc»

100 000 euros : c?est la somme que Valérie Bègue, la Miss France 2008 demande à Choc qui a publié des photos d?elle topless, sans son accord. L?affaire sera jugée aujourd?hui à l?Ile de La Réunion. Le magazine ? qui est à vendre ? ne sera, sans doute, pas condamné à cette somme, mais il risque quand même d?être lourdement sanctionné financièrement. L?avocat de Bègue parle d?un préjudice considérable : «On ne publie pas impunément des photos de quiconque sur une plage (...) En face de nous, nous avons des gens pervers, sûrs de leurs argumentaires, et qui savent ce qu?ils font. Cet acharnement médiatique doit cesser. Avant tout, elle souhaite assumer son titre en toute sérénité.»

Madonna claims she is unemployed?

Madonna told jurors she was an ?unemployed mom? when she turned up for jury duty in Los Angeles.The Material Girl star was called for service recently. She turned up wearing a tracksuit at the Beverly Hills Courthouse in California hiding behind dark glasses. A source said, ?She was laughing with jurors and said she hated the movie, Enchanted.When the court started calling out jurors? names, Madonna got up to stand in the unemployed line and joked, ?I?m gonna tell them I?m an unemployed mom.?? She also complained that she was sleep deprived after hosting a post-Oscar party in Los Angeles last Sunday. The source added, ?She complained that she got only three hours of sleep because of her Oscar party, and then asked another juror if she could lie down on the bench.? In the end, Madonna wasn?t called to perform jury duty.

Naomi Campbell?s Brazilian ban

Naomi Campbell has reportedly banned staff from entering her Brazilian hospital room. The supermodel ? who underwent an operation to remove a cyst from her stomach at Sao Paulo?s Sirio Libanes Hospital recently ? was said to be furious after doctors discussed her condition with the media. The catwalk beauty now won?t let anyone in her private room and has also ordered her phone to be cut off to protect her privacy. Staff at the hospital said Naomi, famous for her diva-like behaviour, was ?in no way courteous? to them when she barked her orders, according to a Brazilian newspaper. Naomi?s boyfriend is thought to have been constantly by her side since the operation. The 37-year-old model is also currently on a post-operation liquid diet .
