Open letter to Mr. Gokhool
This morning my son who joined RCPL received your personal message addressed to all students stating ... ?On our part, we are committed to providing you with a World Class Quality Education?. We have had a good welcome from the Rector Mrs Kusheeram who gave a superb speech but I am still wondering how a world class quality education is being provided in such an environment as shown in the picture taken this morning. 140 pupils who made special efforts so as to be able to attend this National College took your message back home and will wonder whether you are really committed to providing a World Class Quality Education or is it a mere slogan.
