Weekend of fun and diversity at La Playa: a jazz funk live band on Friday 26th from 7pm to 11pm, Indian show on Saturday 27th at 7pm and live jazz brunch session Sunday 28th starting at 11pm.

<B>Hindi poem competition</B>

The Mauritius Hindi writers? association is organising a poetry competition. Poems can be on any topic, should be original, unpublished and not more than 2-3 pages. Entries to be sent to Dharamveer Ghura, MSK, La Caverne, Vacoas before 30th March.

<B>DJ for a good cause</B>

The ten finalists of DJ Academy, a competition for amateur DJs to raise funds for PILS will be at Future Club, Quatre-Bornes on Saturday 27th March. The evening?s takings will go to PILS, which looks after AIDS victims.
