Guns firing, Buildings crashing, Babies crying, People dying.

While the terrorists and fanatics, Couldn?t care less, People all over the world, of every religion, Are being rendered homeless

Punishments being meted out, People not being fed, Children being orphaned, Innocents falling down dead,

Just like grass, Is flattened by lawn-mowers, The same fate awaited, The famous twin towers.

Our minds are being clogged, By thick white mists While we shut our eyes, To the acts of terrorists.

So, I give a special thought, Snuggled up in my bed, To all the starving, The injured, the orphaned and the dead,

I think to myself ??With all the killings and lack of mercy, In the world of today, Is there still place? for humanity???
