This is exactly the sort of initiative the country is pining for. ?Mission Verte? is organizing several collections of paper and cardboard in the North, Centre and West of the island in the coming weeks. You can thus get rid of all those old newspapers and boxes and help the environment at the same time. A definite win/win situation.

From 09h00 to 16h00, next to the Town Hall (Municipality).
● Grand-Baie</B>

From 09h00 and 16h00, in Super U supermarket?s parking lot.
The organizers hope to be hitting Beau-Bassin/Rose-Hill and Flacq soon. They will also make individual collections if there is a sufficient amount of goods, in which case they pay R. 1 per kg of paper and cardboard.
