This is to inform you that several times I have complained at the district council of Grand-Port-Savanne at Rose-Belle concerning the very bad state of the road and the accumulation of water during rainfall due to the absence of drains at Mongelard, Naggeea, Railway and Mosque Roads. Till now no action have been taken by the district council and not even a site visit has been made by the inspector of works.

My last complaint at the council is dated 7 May, that is a month back. It was done in the office of the inspector of works. I was very upset and shocked the way I was received in the office of the inspector of works. I had the strong impression that at the moment I stepped in the office of the inspector, I had disturbed and annoyed him «dans son bien-être». He vaguely listened to my requests without recording in the writing my statement. Other complaints were entertained in the same way and he even refused to give his name as he stated «li pas important to kone mo nom kan to vine faire complainte simé cassé».
