In the fag end of the old government, the former prime minister announced that he would conduct a ‘tsunami’ in the parastatals to weed out those not performing well. With the election of the new government, another ‘tsunami’ is now underway, weeding out loyalists of the old regime and replacing them with new ones, some of whom are loyalists to the new regime.
