? When we have sexual intercourse, I get very sore ?
I am a 22 years old woman by the name of V. I am with my first and current boyfriend for the past two years. We met at university and fell in love. We love each other very much and complement each other in character perfectly.
Our one and only problem concerns sex. When we have sexual intercourse, I get very sore and as a result, sex is out for the next few days. I care so much for him so I would feel bad to tell him what is happening. He feels that everything is wonderful. What should I do?
It is a fact that all couples will face problems in their relationship at one time or another. It is inevitable as night follows day. Problems need to be confronted and hopefully solved by the couple.
Let us deal with your current problem. Sex is something to be enjoyed not endured. It is most probable that your boyfriend is penetrating you before you are ready, that is you are not enough aroused and lubricated.
It is a fact that a woman needs to be stimulated longer than a man to be fully aroused. It requires a combination of physical and mental stimulation for arousal to take place. For a woman?s body to be receptive, the foreplay needs to take as long as it needs and done with gentleness.
For each woman, the time varies for arousal. For the sexual chemistry to work, there must be a deeper knowledge about what makes the other tick.
It is essential that your boyfriend understands that and for him to do so, it is vital that you have a candid conversation with your boyfriend, for him to be conscious of what is good and what is not so good in your sex life.
Then, you will be able as a couple to put things right. It is imperative that he keeps control of his excitement and impulses. He must show some consideration towards you so that sex becomes pleasurable and fulfilling for both of you.
He must be patient in his approach and persevere even when he does not succeed in order to ensure that you are fully satisfied sexually. It does not make sense for you to suffer during an act that should be pleasurable.
