Muslims all over the world celebrate today Eid Milad Un Nabi ? the birth of the Prophet Muhammad. It has been commemorated here for the past 40 years and it usually attracts about 30,000 people in the compound of Aleemiah College, in Phoenix.

The official function will start as from 10am and several personalities ? the president and vice-president of the Republic; the prime minister, his deputies and other ministers; and other important officials ? are expected to attend.
