Bill Clinton released from hospital. </B> Former US President Bill Clinton was released from the hospital on Monday, four days after surgery to remove fluid and scar tissue that accumulated in his chest after his heart-bypass operation last year. Clinton, 58, left New York-Presbyterian Hospital. He had checked in on Thursday for a follow-up procedure to his quadruple heart-bypass surgery in September.

Jackson?s accuser says mocked by other students. </B> Michael Jackson?s teenage accuser testified on Tuesday that he would not admit the abuse to his school principal because he was already being mocked by other students as ?the kid that got raped by Michael Jackson.? The 15-year-old boy, who has testified that Jackson masturbated him at least twice at the pop star?s Neverland Valley Ranch in February or March of 2003, also said he had lost respect for the man he once thought of as a father figure.

Charges against actress Rosario Dawson dropped. </B> Prosecutors on Tuesday dropped all charges against actress Rosario Dawson stemming from her arrest while filming a protest scene during a real-life rally outside the Republican National Convention. Dawson, fellow actress Vija Grosgalves and their director, Stephen Marshall, had been arrested in August and charged with two counts of disorderly conduct and obstruction of governmental administration following, facing up to one year in jail if convicted. The case was dismissed as the three were about to go on trial in Manhattan Supreme Court.
