CRITICISM? is healthy

This is one action and reaction, common to each one of us. We have all experienced criticism at some point of time. However pleasant it is to receive praise, yet it is criticism that will often bring us maximum value.

Listen carefully to those who criticise you. They are actually doing you a favour, even though that may not be their honest intention.

Most often, the criticism is totally uncalled for and unfounded, but look at it this way, at least YOU ARE MAKING A DIFFERENCE.

It?s great to know what you are doing right but it?s more important to know and understand what you are doing wrong. Sometimes, the criticism of you is based on mistaken perceptions, or an assumption that?s just not true, [which is usually the case], but, once you are made aware of it, you?ll be in a far better position to correct it. The more so, if the criticism has some merit - then it?s absolutely VALUABLE FEEDBACK.

Always keep in mind that criticism is just someone?s opinion. Take it with a pinch of salt, use it for what it?s worth and ignore the rest; because there is no point in letting it get you down and depressed. In fact, if possible, find within it the insight, which can make you stronger and improve your performance.

There is no reason to fear it, in fact, have the courage to hear it, appreciate it and let it add value rather than take away. If you stay focused, believe in your conscience that what you are doing is right, and maintain integrity; then the unnecessary criticism will soon wash away - like water on a duck?s back.

IT WORKED FOR ME, it should for you too!
