La première PNQ de Shakeel Mohamed sur la sécurité publique
Pour sa toute première Private Notice Question, ce mardi 16 avril, Shakeel Mohamed a pris pour sujet la sécurité (ou plutôt l'insécurité) publique.
Le nouveau leader de l'opposition interrogera le Premier ministre et ministre de l'intérieur, Pravind Jugnauth, sur les crimes, morts, et s'il a rencontré le commissaire de police pour établir une politique en la matière.

To ask the Hon. Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, Home Affairs and External Communications, Minister for Rodrigues, Outer Islands and Territorial Integrity
Whether, in regard to effective policing, law, order and security in Mauritius, he will,
(a) give a breakdown of the number of crimes, misdemeanours including drowning since 1st of January 2023 to date: (b) explain to the House whether he has met the Commissioner of Police to discuss same with a view to addressing the need for effective policing and security in the country.
