Plumes engagées
Come out of yourself
Abeenaaz Janally.
À l’heure du tout à l’image et du buzz sans suite, «l’express» souhaite faire découvrir la plume de poètes, de chanteurs, d’écrivains et de tous ceux qui jettent leur âme sur le papier, et qui mettent en mots des réflexions profondes.
Me, Me, Me,
A lonely island
An oasis in the desert
An illusion, a mirage, nothing more
I, me, myself
Self care, Self love
They tell you
Focus on you
It is only you,
Nobody but you,
When you struggle and fall
It is still you
It is your life
Your horizon
Your destination
Your dreams, your promises to you
How then when you turn back?
Alone in the desert
Nobody to cheer with you
Nobody to clap for you
With whom do you celebrate?
What about the brain?
How will the nervous system regulate?
Will your success not go in vain?
Dopamine
Serotonin
Oxytocin
They come when you are accompanied
Bonding with others,
Calms you, grounds you,
Keeps you safe,
Keeps you happy, brings you peace
A friendly smile to a stranger
A good morning to the lady at the counter
A little kindness here and there
Come out of yourself
A world full of beautiful people
Awaits you, with open arms.
It is safe to open up
To love again, to be free again
Believe in you!
Your have discernment, trust in you
Your boundaries, they are with you,
Yet they cannot be impenetrable fortresses!
Come out of your shell,
Don’t be a frog in the well,
Let the world feel your light,
Walk in faith with all your might.
Come out of yourself !!!
