Smith left her estate to dead son
Deceased former Playboy model Anna Nicole Smith left her entire estate to her dead son, excluding any other heir from inheritance, it has emerged. Daniel Smith died last year, aged 20, just three days after Anna Nicole gave birth to her daughter, Dannielynn. The 2001 will said Smith?s long-term companion Howard Stern should hold her estate in trust for Daniel in the event of her death. Smith, the widow of Texas oil tycoon J Howard Marshall II, died last week. Correspondents say the publication of the will has now raised further questions about the future of Smith?s estate.
