Paul Foo Kune a été suspendu comme propriétaire jusqu?à la fin de la saison, hier, à l?issue d?une enquête mênée par les commissaires administratifs. Il a en effet été trouvé coupable de mauvaise conduite dans le paddock lors de la précédente journée de course et à l?encontre de l?entraîneur Vincent Allet mardi matin à l?entraînement.

Même si Paul Foo Kune a été suspendu en tant que propriétaire, il est autorisé à pénétrer sur l?hippodrome, a confirmé le MTC.

MTC COMMUNIQUÉ

The administrative Stewards considered incidents on Saturday 2 August 2008 and Tuesday 5 August 2008 on the premises of the Club involving owner Paul Foo Kune and trainer Vincent Allet.

Evidence was taken from Stable Manager G. Fok, trainers V. Allet , B. Gujadhur and A. Perdrau, owner P. Foo Kune and owner A. Le Blanc and Stipendiary Steward S. de Chalain. Also, excerpts from MBC TV 3 videos recordings taken of the parade ring during the races on Saturday 2 August were viewed.

After hearing evidence, the Administrative Stewards decided to charge owner P. Foo Kune under Rule 213 (3) (a) and Rule 11 (d) of the Rules Of Racing.

Owner P. Foo Kune pleaded not guilty and, after hearing him, he was found guilty of a contravention of MTC Rule 213 (3) (a) for conducting himself in an improper manner at the MTC race meeting of Saturday 2 August 2008 and during track work on Tuesday 5 August 2008. Acting under the provisions of Rule 11 (d), his privileges as an owner were suspended for the remainder of the current racing season subject to any appeal that may be lodged.
