New holding for René Seeyave’s companies

Another change has occurred within Happy World Ltd. The companies that have just been taken over by Sir René Seeyave, chairman of the company, and his son Victor, the manager, have all been grouped under one holding. The new logo is Altima Ltd.

The official launching was done last week at the Labourdonnais Hotel. Altima groups four companies: Happy World Foods, White Sand Tours, Prodip and Infinity, involved in four different fields.

Happy World Foods, which has the biggest share in the holding, has been involved in chicken breeding and production since 1973 but it has extended its activities to the supply, production and sale of dairy products and meat. White Sand Tours has now a strong reputation in the tourism field with its tour operator and inbound services. With its call centre, Infinity BPO offers services linked to Information and Technology. Altima is also in the advertising business with Prodip, specialised in billboards.

If Altima groups such different activities together, it is because “our ambition has to do with the mix of business operations constituting the Altima Group,” Victor Seeyave explained in his speech. “We look upon such an event as one which offers new opportunities for rationalisation and growth, and one which offers possibilities for taking new directions.”

This is why they have chosen Altima, which brings three elements together: recognition, vision and ambition. An ambition for the company and the country as a whole…
