Des citoyens à l?honneur
L?État a rendu hommage jeudi à ses citoyens les plus dévoués. Le président Karl Offmann a remis à soixante-dix d?entre eux les insignes décernés à l?occasion du 12 mars. La cérémonie a eu lieu au Vaghjee Hall, à l?hôtel du gouvernement. Parmi eux, Serge Clair, le chef commissaire de Rodrigues, élevé au rang de Grand Commander of the Order of the Star & Key of the Indian Ocean (G.C.S.K.). Hervé Duval, Yousouf Mohamed, Loganarden Ramsamy, Harry Ganoo et François Woo Shing Hai ont reçu les insignes de Grand Officer of the Order of the Star & Key of the Indian Ocean (G.O.S.K.). Cet insigne a été octroyé à titre posthume à Germain Comarmond (photo), décédé le 31 mai dernier. Narainduth Dookhony, également décédé, a été élevé au rang d?Officer.
