Who will bell the cat ?

Allow me as a citizen of the Republic of Mauritius to voice my opinion on the crime committed against a baby girl by these two punks who should not have been born in a civilised society.

We have a new government with competent people to act as ministers and who have set the bar high to improve all sectors of our society. The answer to such crimes is obvious, but who will bell the cat? It is possible that some caution one adopting a barbaric attitude to public execution. I am myself against capital punishment.

These two punks are right now in a police cell. They will go to jail for a number of years. Let us for one moment imagine what sort of life they will live: - free housing, free food, colour TV (maybe satellite channels), free cigarettes, free medical service, a monthly pocket money and, if they are lucky, drugs with the complicity of parents and prison officers!

Who will pay for all that? THE TAXPAYERS. We are therefore encouraging these rascals to commit more crimes. The solution is total amputation of the penis in public, after having irrevocably proved their guilt.
