À l’heure du tout à l’image et du buzz sans suite, «l’express» souhaite faire découvrir la plume de poètes, de chanteurs, d’écrivains et de tous ceux qui jettent leur âme sur le papier, et qui mettent en mots des réflexions profondes.
My mirror, my tribe
I don’t care if you think
Girls screaming, laughing and hugging
Is extra, a lil too much
It’s all about the love and happiness
The excitement seeing your people
Cause you see women
Who support each other are the best!
No drama no bullshit
Just girls enjoying each other’s vibes
That solemn moment of hugs
Feeling safe in your person’s arms
Whilst they’re holding you
Or holding that somebody even tighter cause you know
they need to be taken care of too
Finding peace and letting emotions out that you’ve been
holding on to for too long
It’s all about that connection
That feeling of meeting after so long
Reminiscing about past moments
Creating new memories
Those hysterical laughs
That make your belly ache
Sometimes makes you cringe when you look at them
Cause it’s a cliché moment of letting it all out
The tears rolling down your cheeks
A moment of euphoria
Where we are content and allow yourself to be just you
Grateful for that someone who understands and
But just listens without judgement
Who does not juggle between telling you what is right or
wrong
But will tell you the truth even if it scares you
Cause she is not afraid of hurting your feelings if it helps
you become better
She is my tribe
My mirror
My sister
A reminder that you are not alone
