Ouf de soulagement pour DInesh Sooful. Testé positif à la cocaïne lors d'un contrôle inopiné, le jockey Dinesh Sooful a été trouvé non coupable après avoir été initialement 'charged' sous les réglements 70.2 1:
A Jockey shall commit an offence if any Sample of blood, breath, hair or urine taken from him contains a Banned Substance.
Et le règlement 70.4.6:
A Banned Substance is any one or any combination of the following substances or any of the metabolites of such substance or combination of substances or any isomer of a substance or any isomer of a metabolite
Et ce après avoir écouté les différents témoignages et considéré les évidences. Le verdict a été communiqué au principal concerné ce mardi 16 décembre. Sooful est désormais éligible pour retrouver la compétition ce weekend.
