● <B>First Beach DJ Festival </B>? For the first time ever, Mauritius will have a grand live concert with 25 DJs - both local and international. The first Beach DJ festival will take place on 4th and 6th April 2008. The event will start on Friday 4th April at 8pm and will end on Sunday at 6am. The entry tickets for the festival are already on sale as from Rs 450.

● <B> Notary?s Bill</B> ? The Notary?s Bill will be presented in Parliament on Tuesday. The introduction of this bill is to regulate notaries? practices. According to this bill, any notary paper or agreement will have to be signed in the presence of witnesses and it also regulates the fees to be charged by notaries. The bill will also provide for the creation of a code of ethics as well as an association of notaries.
