A sculpture of Queen Elizabeth II made from old electrical appliances has been created to mark her 60th wedding anniversary last week.

The 8-feet creation by Ptolemy Elrington features used and broken kettles, toasters, juicers and food processors.

The sculpture was commissioned by Kenwood, the appliance company. Kenwood sourced all the products for the sculpture, which is located in Potter?s Field Park, near Tower Bridge in London, from its returns department.

?It was the perfect way to commemorate the joint anniversary,? said Penny Jones of Kenwood.
