Since my arrival in Mauritius two years ago, I feel very privileged to live here a safe and secure life. Morevover, it is fantastic place to raise a family, with a gorgeous swimming pool around you called the sea, which is easily accessible. The public beaches are fantastic and Mauritians are very warm, welcoming and helpful people.

You enjoy natural beauty that needs to be available to everyone. It is in the interest of everyone to keep this gem accessible to local people as well as to foreigners. Plaisance airport offers perfect amenities for the traveller too. With the airlines available, not only South Africa, but also London are easily at reach, which is what I really need for my professional life.

Mauritians are very apt to learn skills and implement tasks. As sales director of Villas Valriche, it is most pleasant to see how diligent my staff are to what they have to do. We began our agency by recruiting degree students through a local advertising agency. We trained and empowered them, mainly young ladies.

Unbelievably, they became very quickly IRS experts and perform the job as I do, speaking to clients from all over the world on a one-to-one basis.
