Problems about the traffic lights at Place d?Armes
Kindly refer to the critique/commentary from M. Hamuth in the BP 247 part of your edition of 30th April 2007 - ?Traffic Lights gone off permanently at Place d?Armes?.
The problematic two green lights are not operational due to underground cables. Replacements of the cables would entail major exacavation works at the ?Places d?Armes? junction and the timings of such works had to be properly coordinated with other concerned departments.
The works have been re-scheduled to start during the course of this week after several previous abortions, outside the control of this office.
