● <B>A number of activities will be held to mark World Health Day celebrated on 7th April. </B>The theme chosen by the World Health Organisation this year is ?International Health Security ? Outbreaks and Crisis?. An exhibition will be held a the Rajiv Gandhi Science Centre from 4th to 7th April 2007. On 7th April, a non-communicable diseases screening and a blood collection exercise will take place on the premises of the Rajiv Gandhi Science Centre. A breast and cervical cancer screening is also being organized at Cité Martial, Port Louis.

● <B>The first European Film Festival to take place in Mauritius will be launched on Wednesday, 4th April in the presence of the president of the Republic. </B> Thirteen european movies are to be shown between 5th and 8th April.
