<B>RULING ALLIANCE</B>

<B>Arianne Navarre Marie</B> (44): minister of Women’s rights, Child Development and Family Welfare. She stands in n°1. She started her political career as an MP in 1982. A holder of a degree in journalism and public relations, she has shared her career between communication in private companies and politics. She was also municipal councillor and junior minister in the MMM-LP alliance between 1996-1997.

<B>Danielle Perrier Anne Marie </B>51): private parliamentary secretary (PPS) since 2005. She was elected as MP in 1995 and 2000 in Belle-Rose-Quatre-Bornes. Her new challenge is now Rivière- Noire where she had already stood as candidate at the beginning of her career.

<B>Leela Devi Dookun - Luchoomun </B>(44): minister of Arts and Culture after cabinet reshuffle in 2005. First elected for the first time in 2000 and was appointed PPS. She started her career in 1996 when she was candidate in the municipal elections. Even if she was not elected, this brought her up in the MSM hierarchy and she became the women’s wing president. She is standing in n°15.
