It is with deep concern that I am writing to you to draw your attention on the chaotic and messy state of our roads in Rose-Belle, for example, Marie Jeannie Road, Gébert Road, Madame Lolo, Railway, Naggea and Mosque Road.

It is a real shame that the only repairs that have been done is ?Operation Bouche trou?, filling holes on roads with aggregates and spraying bitumen with it. For your information, the last time proper resurfacing was done in Rose-Belle was in the year 1993, that is some fifteen years ago. Since then nothing good and constructive has been done to our poor village Rose-Belle.

Circulating on those horror roads have become a nightmare, bicycles and pedestrians must slalom in order to make their way. If you own a car, it is with pain and immense deception that you drive through the ?nid de poules? and it seems that sugarcane tracks are in better conditions than our roads.
