ICAC vs DPP: The questions left unanswered
The ICAC's director of corruption investigations division submitted the ICAC's response to the DPP's explosive affidavit submitted to the supreme court in which Satyajit Boolell argued that the government was pursuing the Sun Tan case to try to force him to resign. The ICAC's affidavit puts forward its case against Boolell, but curiously only deepens the confusion about the whole episode.
